A researcher from an independent research firm joins the team for the duration of the campaign.
A custom research methodology is designed after client stakeholders are interviewed to assess objective(s).
Pre-event/control group data is gathered to determine the baseline from which results will be measured.
Data is collected daily by interviewing consumers at specified intervals following their exposure to the experience. All data is uploaded to the research partner via secure mobile devices.
Most importantly, the process enables our research partners to report ROI back to our clients in two week intervals, enabling course-correction during the campaign. No need to wait until the project’s conclusion to understand your results!
